Work You ll Do
Our CustomerStrategy & Applied Design offering is a sub-sector under our Customer andMarketing offering portfolio. Customer Strategy focuses on helpingclients discover, design, and prototype customer growth strategies andinnovation portfolios to create and drive change in a digital world. Leveragingour deep capabilities in strategy, customer experience, digital strategy andinnovation - We bring knowledge and offerings to uncover the behaviors,motivations, and preferences of our clients customers and develops newexperiences for them.
As a Manager you will bring considerabletechnical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions toclients.
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.
Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
10 years of experience working in the Automobile space including manufacturers, dealers, suppliers, finance companies. Or Hospitality including cruise lines, hotel, resorts, casinos, gaming, restaurants. Or Transportation including airlines, freight, rail, shipping ports, ground transportation. This industry experience is a must.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
Must have 12 years of experience providing consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company, or within the Finance/Automotive industry.

Collections Segmentation & Treatment Strategy
Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources

Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk
