Work You ll DoLead Deloitte Consulting's digital transformation practice in financial services including developing service offerings, partner ecosystems and market eminence. Advise the top 20 banks in the US on technology disruption, customer personalization and digital transformation. Design, build and implement digital transformation strategies, initiatives and roadmaps for banking clients including digital customer and user experience (CX and UX), customer onboarding, product and process simplification, branch and contact center transformation, technology modernization, digital strategy and readiness assessments, agile transformation and portfolio management, digital innovation and acceleration, fintech ecosystems, business process reengineering and robotic process automation, artificial intelligence and chat bots, customer personalization and analytics, and digital cultural change. Direct banking sector digital transformation initiatives through increasing customer relevance, reducing structural costs (lean operations) and increasing business agility. Develop and lead strategic transformation portfolios for all aspects of the financial sector service area including customer experience, core banking, and regulatory change. Manage and direct all aspects of digital strategy, execution and innovation for clients including channel optimization, data personalization, product and process simplification (lean operations), and establish lean start-up innovation and acceleration centers. Drive the delivery of large-scale technology transformation portfolios, including managing all elements of transformation lifecycle from strategy to execution. Manage strategic relationships and transactions including developing and implementing strategic partnership and vendor programs, and negotiate and integrate acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures. Direct the design and implementation of productivity initiatives including designing customer, industry and competitor benchmarking studies, re-engineering business processes, including sales and operational functions and identifying and implementing structural cost and efficiency initiatives. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.Must have ten years of progressively responsible experience providing strategic consulting services to clients in the financial services and technology industries.Must have ten years of experience with:Directing banking sector digital transformation initiatives through increasing customer relevance, reducing structural costs (lean operations) and increasing business agility;Developing and leading strategic transformation portfolios for all aspects of the financial sector service area including customer experience, core banking, and regulatory change;Managing and directing all aspects of digital strategy, execution and innovation for clients including channel optimization, data personalization, product and process simplification (lean operations), and establishing lean start-up innovation and acceleration centers;Driving the delivery of large-scale technology transformation portfolios, including managing all elements of transformation lifecycle from strategy to execution;Managing strategic relationships and transactions including developing and implementing strategic partnership and vendor programs, and negotiating and integrating acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures;Directing the design and implementation of productivity initiatives including designing customer, industry and competitor benchmarking studies, re-engineering business processes, including sales and operational functions and identifying and implementing structural cost and efficiency initiatives.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Juris Doctor or Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in the stated field plus eight years of experience.In addition to the above primary and/or alternative requirements, must have two years entrepreneurial experience leading or working for a technology start up.Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.80% travel required.
