Work you ll do
As a Cloud Engineer , you ll solution and build Cloud based infrastructure related to customer experience & marketing data solutions for our clients. You ll serve as the subject matter expert and overall solution design owner as it relates to end-to-end customer experience & marketing solutions from data management, advanced decisioning, to down-stream orchestration. The role requires a client-forward focus and will be asked to contribute in proposals, client-facing requirements gathering, and enabling the delivery teams for success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the lead Cloud Engineer during the development, testing, and production release phases for Cloud-based customer experience & marketing data solutions.
Interfacing with client and/or third party IT to provision Cloud resources, validate end to end Cloud solution design including network and component connectivity, and ensure adhearance to Cloud security best practices.
Troubleshooting component and tool connectivity along with Cloud administration oversight during the customer experience & marketing solution development phases.
Oversee Involving other domain specific SME s to support solution design.
Engaging in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning.

In addition to working daily with our client delivery teams to deliver leading solutions, you ll also work closely with our engagement managers, technologists, and various domain SMEs focused on understanding our clients needs to drive our development efforts.
2 years of related technical experience in Cloud solution development and deployment
In-depth experience building highly available, scalable, fault tolerant Cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and similar)
In-depth experience with infrastructure automation (CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, and similar) and leveraging configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, and similar)
In-depth understanding and experience with Cloud security and networking best practices
Experience with systems administration with Windows and Linux based operating system environments
Experience with Programming and Scripting Languages (.NET, Python, Powershell, Bash, and similar)
Desired experience with microservice design concepts and container orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, and similar)
Prefer hands-on experience with DevOps deployment strategies and tools (Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, AWS Code Pipeline/Deploy, and similar)
Prefer experience working with deployment of database and ETL solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex technology concepts with technical and non-technical individuals
