Client Account Management -Private Equity Investors (PEI) - Senior
We're looking for a self-starter with strong organizational and program management skills and a natural collaborator. As a Client Account Management (CAM) Senior at Deloitte, you'll work with senior leaders in our firm on the top PEI accounts in the firm - enabling account teams to deliver the best of Deloitte, strengthen relationships with our most important clients, and accelerate growth for the firm across the PEI and the portfolio companies where its making investments. With a client-first mindset, you will work closely with PEI account leadership to align across Deloitte's businesses to execute business priorities and expand our services footprint, help develop and deliver Green Dot account strategies to address client issues, bring insights and leading practices to accounts, and drive operational efficiencies to keep client service PPMDs and professionals client-facing and help account teams win work.
How you'll operate
You will serve as a member of the CAM team, which serves as the account's Chief Operating Officer. The role will flex as you collectively deliver against client and account priorities, serving as:
Catalyst to spur the realization of our client's vision and goals, accelerating growth objectives
Strategist to engage with account, PEI, and firm leadership to determine strategies vital to maximizing successful client performance
Steward to protect and build our brand with our client while seeking opportunities to reduce risks for our clients and the firm
Operator to effectively and efficiently manage across the account operating model to optimize performance and client results
Work you'll do
Responsibilities will be based on specific client relationship objectives and the needs of the account leadership team, and will include some or all of the following:
Client Impact: Support the development and execution of Client Service and Client Portfolio Company Strategies, Client Relationship Assessments, Marketing Strategy (in collaboration with national PEI market programs), Client and Alumni Relationship Management, Client Meeting Preparation, and Proposal Support
Account and Team Impact: Assist in creating an excellent talent experience and providing team building that fosters cross-business collaboration, supporting leadership development, including connectivity and transitions
Quality and Risk Impact: Protect Deloitte's and our client's brand and information and establish processes and procedures that reduce overall risk
Focus on PE portfolio growth opportunities: Develop a deep understanding of the PE's business and their portfolio investment strategy; and be on top of the new deals
Connect to teams across Industries and other Businesses: Share and gather insights and work to identify and support opportunities across the Green Dot and Industries.
Insights and Trends: Deliver data, insights, relationships research to PEI account teams
The team

As a part of Client Excellence, the Client Account Manager (CAM) program is comprised of professionals who are dedicated to providing our most important client accounts with streamlined cross-functional support. This CAM will serve our PEI accounts in Financial Services. CAMs help build and execute client service strategies, optimize internal support, and increase efficiencies to enable our account teams to provide the best Deloitte Client Experience.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years' work experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - strong PowerPoint and Excel skills critical
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
Experience working in a professional services firm
Experience and background in the Private Equity space
Experience as an account manager
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $64,935.00-$119,580.00.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
