Deloitte CIO Lab Operations Lead - Manager in New York, New York

Deloitte's CIO Program provides distinctive opportunities to support the CIO career lifecycle and enable CIOs to drive enterprise value through leadership development programs, immersive lab experiences, insight on provocative topics and career transition support. Our goal is to make Deloitte and our account leaders the trusted advisor to our client CIOs.

We are currently seeking a strong Manager to primarily support our CIO Labs as well as engage in other offerings focused on experiences for client CIOs and IT executives. The CIO Transition Lab is an experience designed to help both seasoned and new CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and Tech Executives hit the ground running and develop a plan for success. Through collaborative teaming with account teams and facilitators, our Lab team customizes each session to maximize the value to each client executive participating in the experience. This professional will work closely with firm and CIO Program leadership, as well as account leadership from various Deloitte practice areas. This person will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of a variety of experiences and special projects. This role requires a strong organizational, analytics, and communications skillset as well as CIO domain expertise.

Work You'll Do:

Individuals in this role will be responsible for a variety of activities such as:

  • Managing account team inquiries and intake, including Lab scheduling

  • Managing Lab forecasting & pipeline, including account team follow-ups

  • Acting as a part-time Lab Manager to deliver client executive Labs both in person and virtually

  • Confirming Labs and logistics with Account teams and executive clients

  • Contacting Lab Facilitators to assign to appropriate client Labs

  • Overseeing Lab Manager bandwidth and Lab assignments

  • Overseeing end-to-end Lab data entry into Salesforce, ensuring overall compliance to field and status reporting standards

  • Reviewing Salesforce reporting and dashboards for Lab Operations management, team impact, and metrics

  • Supporting regular executive status metrics and reporting of Labs data

  • Managing bi-weekly Lab Manager status call agenda & content

  • Working directly with USI support resource on Lab pipeline, known executive transitions, post lab data capture, and account team and leadership information requests

  • Tracking and processing Lab financials

  • Supporting ongoing strategic initiatives for ETTL, Executive Accelerators, and the CIO Program, as it relates to Lab operations

  • Supporting post-Lab account team outreach and connections back to the broader firm

  • Leveraging our latest research and thought leadership to engage clients across our Advantaged Client Portfolio (ACP)

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and improve engagement profitability for priority Deloitte clients.

  • Build and nurture strong account leadership and client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience, 3+ years of consulting experience at Deloitte preferred

  • Understanding of the role of the CIO

  • Passion for and interest in emerging technology & technology leadership

  • Ability to interact across all levels within the firm

  • Excellent focus on details and producing high quality work products

  • Advanced ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in both written and verbal capabilities - especially with executive audiences

  • Ability to manage and drive projects and initiatives to completion and results

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills and excellent focus on details

  • Ability to work independently and as part of virtual team.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.

  • Ability to travel 15% (While the ability to travel up to 15% is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
