The Commercial Business Analyst is responsible for support of the Product Management team s ongoing and future activities related to the commercial applications to meet the current and future needs of the CIS by Deloitte (CbD) customers and market. This includes system issue identification and resolution, future enhancement requirements documentation and testing, as well as potential client facing activities such as product demonstrations. This position will work closely with the Commercial Product Manager as well as CbD s Development and DevOps groups in order to maintain and build the commercial applications to support greater volume and complexity of clients.

Bachelor s degree required in finance, accounting, or related field.
Travel up to 30% is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical industry (within industry or a consulting firm) working with or implementing commercial contracting, rebates and chargebacks solutions.
Experience with business requirements elicitation and documentation and working/partnering with software development
Ability to effectively communicate business and software requirements with product management and engineering teams
Ability to learn quickly and further build subject matter expertise in the area of contract revenue management and new technologies
Effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail; able to organize and present ideas in a compelling manner.
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with business users, technical teams, product and project managers, senior management and outsourced service providers.
Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle
Knowledge of Agile methodology a plus
Experience with system integration and user acceptance testing
Position will be located in the Morrisville, NC office unless hiring manager is comfortable with specific service line knowledge that will allow work from a remote location.
