We prioritize creative thinking and take pride in what we do.We are growing and seeking an ACD (art) to pioneer bringing to life Heat s first healthcare specialist creative team.

The Associate Creative Director is a great storyteller as well as a great emerging leader. They must show composure under pressure, be solution-orientated, and a collaborative partner to fellow creative leads and clients alike. In this role, you will:
Partner with a Copy ACD to develop brands and oversee the concepting, presentation, and selling through across channels and experiences
Be willing to roll up your sleeves and see through the execution of creative ideas from concept through tactical production tasks, ensuring the highest level of quality and adherence to brand strategy
Lead, mentor and train teams of designers, and art directors to create smart and surprising creative solutions that solve our client s challenges by putting the consumer at the center of the experience
Be an active member of not only the creative department, but the agency as a whole by contributing to agency culture and holding a firm understanding of each department s role
Inspire and foster collaboration and strong relationships with partners in-house and outside of Heat
Act as a partner to clients and ensure growth and goals are achieved
Lean into aggregating new business and participating in pitches as needed
Stay current on trends, culture, and events; bring inspiring external insight into the work and have a natural curiosity for data
Demonstrate excellent time-management, and multi-tasking abilities
Be solution-oriented in the face of challenges
Have a self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit

With this in mind, you ll find yourself working alongside some of the most kind, smart, and talented strategists, creatives, account folks and producers - all who care about the work we create and revolutionizing the healthcare industry for patients and providers alike.
Minimum of 8 years agency experience
Excellent portfolio showcasing storytelling, conceptual and executional skills in integrated campaigns, alongside impeccable design skills in both general consumer and healthcare work
Excited to work in a dynamic, fast-paced agency culture, with the flexibility to change gears for different clients
A love of health, design, art and advertising
Experience with general consumer and healthcare audiences, campaigns and digital programs
Preferred experience across all stages of healthcare product and customer journey
Solid presentation skills and demonstrated ability to run a meeting
Experience with new business pitching
Good sense of humor, and plays nice with others
