What you ll do

TheAssociate Creative Director is a great storyteller as well as a great emergingleader. They must show composure under pressure, be solution-orientated, and acollaborative partner to fellow creative leads and clients alike. Our futureAssociate Creative Director shares our passion for creativity and innovationand is also an all-around good person. We like good people.

In this role, youwill:

  • Partner with the CopyACD to develop brands and oversee the concepting, presentation, and sellingthrough across channels and experiences

  • Be willing to roll upyour sleeves and see through the execution of creative ideas from conceptthrough tactical production tasks, ensuring the highest level of quality andadherence to brand strategy

  • Lead, mentor andtrain teams of designers, and art directors to create smart and surprisingcreative solutions that solve our client s challenges by putting the consumerat the center of the experience

  • Be an active memberof not only the creative department, but the agency as a whole by contributingto agency culture and holding a firm understanding of each department s role

  • Inspire and fostercollaboration and strong relationships with partners in-house and outside of Heat

  • Act as a partner toclients and ensure growth and goals are achieved

  • Lean into aggregatingnew business and participating in pitches as needed

  • Stay current ontrends, culture, and events; bring inspiring external insight into the work andhave a natural curiosity for data

  • Demonstrate excellenttime-management, and multi-tasking abilities

  • Be solution-orientedin the face of challenges

  • Have a self-starting,entrepreneurial spirit

  • Minimum of 8 yearsagency experience

  • Excellent portfolioshowcasing storytelling, conceptual and executional skills in integratedcampaigns, alongside impeccable design skills in both general consumer andhealthcare work

  • Excited to work in adynamic, fast-paced agency culture, with the flexibility to change gears fordifferent clients

  • A love of health,design, art and advertising

  • Experience with generalconsumer and healthcare audiences, campaigns and digital programs

  • Preferred experienceacross all stages of healthcare product and customer journey

  • Solid presentationskills and demonstrated ability to run a meeting

  • Experience with newbusiness pitching

  • Good sense of humor,and plays nice with others

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United Stateswithout sponsorship now and in the future
