Work you ll do

The Associate Account Director is a primary point of contact for the client and a hub of information for all project activity. The Associate Account Director is a polished communicator, strategic and provides continuous business leadership. They will be responsible for driving all aspects of consumer advertising campaigns for a set of LSHC clients.In your role, you will:

  • Begin by working with the marketing team to learn Deloitte Digital s capabilities, pitch and win a new prospect with the new business team to then run as the account lead

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and help project the growth of several accounts

  • Organize strategic planning, creative development and execution across all client projects

  • Initiate development of creative strategies

  • Know the client s business intimately and can be an effective spokesperson for their business needs

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client counterparts

  • Act as a mentor and leader for other members of the team Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • 6 years of solid account management experience at an advertising agency

  • Deep experience with life sciences DTC and HCP audiences, campaigns and digital programs

  • Deep experience across all stages of life sciences product and customer lifecycle

  • Proficiency in Keynote

  • A love of health, design, art, and copy

  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred:

  • Both digital and broadcast experience

  • Good problem-solving abilities

  • Polished communicator with good instincts
