Work You ll Do
Assess, analyze, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of governance, financial and operational control processes to offer recommendations to improve operations; assist clients with enterprise risk and compliance activities to provide recommendations for improved and enhanced business efficiency to clients; apply risk management, business and operational processes, internal auditing, financial reporting, and other internal controls and regulatory compliance skills; develop analytical tools to assess information systems and technology that manage risk and drive operational, financial and regulatory compliance processes as well as solutions that manage risk associated with information technology; and perform assessments, remediation, implementation and integration of end-to-end solutions in these areas.
Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
Eighteen months of internal controls, risk management, and technology analysis experience.
Experience must include eighteen months of:
Designing and conducting analyses leveraging quantitative techniques and statistical methods to quantify the impact of policy and/or market changes within the Life Science and Health Care industry on clients businesses utilizing various analytical tools including MATLAB, SAS, Python, and SQL, visualization tools including Tableau and QlikView, and data sources;
Reviewing policies, data landscape, and supply chains to conduct data usage and sharing assessment, and creating tools that manage risk associated with information technology;
Integrating business needs and technological solutions, including gathering business requirements, testing, training, and defining support procedures and implementation;
Reviewing and assessing the capabilities of software solutions including data management, data governance, and data quality tools including Collibra and Informatica, against client requirements leveraging software engineering principles and providing recommendations to ensure key functionality is available for implementation;
Developing an Enterprise Data Governance and Data Quality strategy supported by an operating model, and detailing operational and technology implementation roadmap;
Creating internal audit report to account for assessment findings and suggesting mitigation considerations on the current state of the client s Data Governance, Data Controls, and Data Quality strategy and processes; and
Executing data reconciliation, data recalculation and data analysis within complex substantive processes to support year-end audit procedures.
Position requires 80% travel.
