Work you'll do
The Oracle Cloud Business Transformation Lead for each of the domains will report to the Business Transformation/Change Management Manager and will be responsible for managing the review, assessment and redevelopment of business processes to efficiently utilize the ERP, as well as support and lead the change of the domain and provide direction to the client project team.
Provide in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud software.
Learn and understand client's policies, procedures, and business operations.
Review the software, analyze business operations, and work with client team and Subject Matter Experts.
Review in-depth analyses of process flows, data collection, report details.
Establish new business process based on best practices and best utilization of Oracle Cloud.
Lead and review the generation of the template for configuration decisions to be used during workbook exercises.
Establish process for ongoing and sustainable business process transformation.
Develop, maintain and enhance good working relationships with external and internal constituents.

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
4-6 years transformation consulting expertise in at least 2 areas: HCM and/or Financials.
Experience providing Oracle Cloud ERP implementation strategy and hands on delivery of HCM, Financials for large, complex organizations
Very organized individual with the ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment
Ability to work closely with project teams and employees in all levels of management with varying work styles to achieve quality output within a specified deadline
Experience implementing Oracle applications
Functional and technical software implementation experience
Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
