Deloitte Cisco Desktop Developer in New Carrollton, Maryland

Work you'll do

Developers and Integrators for Cisco Call Center products including Finesse Agent Desktop.

  • Participate in full life cycle of a client implementation, including: requirements, design, build, configuration, testing, and support.

  • Interpret and analyze business requirements to identify risks and design appropriate solutions

  • Develop and assess the capabilities and limitations of the applications and technologies and recommend alternatives and solutions

  • Provide guidance for business decisions from a technical perspective on such issues as performance, scalability, reliability, and security

  • Collaborate with project team members to provide input to design specifications related to speech application

  • Develop RESTful API services that will interact with backend systems such as SQL Server DB, RESTful and SOAP services.

  • Develop desktop solutions using Cisco Finesse and web based technologies

The Contact Center practice is part of Deloitte's GPS Customer Strategy and Applied Design offering. It focuses on advising, implementing, and operating contact center operations and technology to elevate the human experience in a digital world. The Contact Center practice achieves this by helping our clients discover, design, and implement tailored contact center operations and telephony solutions. We bring knowledge and solutions to uncover the behaviors, motivations and preferences of our clients' customers and develop new experiences for them. We are a matrixed organization where we align various resource groups to deliver and provide high quality services.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years experience with Java Script

  • 3+ years experience with Cisco Call Center and Cisco IOS

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Travel up to 25%

Preferred:

  • Experience with Spring boot, Linus- Red Hat and Java Script

  • Experience with JBoss Developer, IBM CLM, SOAPUI, SecureFX

  • Experience with JQuery, AJAX, OpenAjax, Bootstrap

  • Experience with IBM CLM, SOAPUI, SecureFX

  • Experience with Java 8, Maven, JUnit and Jasypt
