Business Affairs Manager, Producers

Are you a Business Affairs professional with an agency track record of successfully managing various operational projects and vendors playing a part in creating, world-class campaigns? Deloitte's Green Dot Agency is looking for a Business Affairs Manager who's accountable for operational production projects and manage. At the same time, you speak the language of business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to effectively articulate your ideas and to help to sell work. We're looking for someone who has an immense sense of leadership along with an immense sense of fun and who is not afraid to put his/her thinking cap on to bring new ideas to the table.


  • Serve as a tastemaker with the Producers team to curate and assemble great teams of outside suppliers Collaborate with Producers and creative teams from the earliest conceptual stage to ensure the most innovative creative and vendors are employed.

  • Develop positive relationships with Producers but also Creative teams, Account teams, Strategy, Insights and Analytics, Project Management, The Studio, and all production teams/vendors.Maintain friendly relationships with vendors.

  • Working knowledge of the latest experiential technologies available for our calendar of virtual experiences and webcasting.

  • Running advance on new technologies, vendors, etc that could be employed to help our teams thru upcoming year. Capturing forwarded suggestions, cataloging, staying one step ahead. Long term planning for Creative and Producer needs.

  • Be a passionate colleague and strive to deliver the best, most talked about creative on time and on budget and in line with Project Managers & Account Managers requests.

  • Onboard external vendors into Deloitte internal databases and compliance systems; coordinate contract and other legal documents to be signed and renewed

  • Bid and negotiate with vendors requested by GDA Producers and/or Creative.

  • Line up regular vendor presentations.

  • Competitor research: stay ahead of what other firms are doing.

  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with content programs in digital, experiential, video, and virtual production

  • Smart management with Deloitte's budgets as if they are your own. Take ownership and responsibility for driving efficiencies while driving effectiveness. Implement measures from these practices and report out your progress.

  • Work towards building capabilities in-house that will allow others within the GDA to self-service more routine engagements.

    You'll also be responsible for:

  • Review of third-party bids, licenses, and contracts with Producers. Final contract negotiations and maintenance of GDA approved vendors

  • Navigating and managing vendors thru Deloitte's complex TPRM (Third Party Risk Management) system

  • Annual Confidentiality and Privacy Verifications self-assessments for rostered vendors including annual security assessments

  • Vendor and talent payments

  • Music licensing if applicable

  • Project legal review and flagging

  • Training and mentoring on Deloitte processes when requested

  • Occasional liaison with Global Technology around larger firm platforms the GDA can benefit from and to aid in firm wide contract benefits.

  • Creative estimates for production vendors outside the GDA including video, digital and virtual experiential vendors.

  • Work with Producer to negotiate and assess bids with vendors to reflect what is best for the client needs and standards

  • Review and Counsel Statements of Work when applicable; take initiative to maintain updates within Deloitte systems (Workfront).


  • Highly organized with agency experience; organizational, time-management, and project management skills.

  • Basic understanding of legal contract provisions

  • Ability to identify risks from an early stage in the production process and manage those accordingly.

  • Agility; work on multiple projects with fast turn-around times.

  • Proactive approach to responsibilities and creative problem-solving.

  • Complete understanding of the entire production process

  • Proven collaboration with creatives and understanding the pressures of scheduling and budget restriction.

  • Strong attention to detail, proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects

  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge.

  • Proven team building and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work well independently but know when to escalate.

  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of GDA and Deloitte personnel.

  • Exceptional understanding of production, best practices, and best-in-class partners.

  • Experience with cost consultants is required

  • 10+ years of relevant experience required.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
