Work you ll do
The Mobility Center of Excellence (COE) offers a robust PDA program for all Deloitte professionals having a business need for a mobile device. The program is responsible for complete management of the Finance and Operations of all mobile devices (PDA s and Air Cards) for USI and US practices. This involves managing internal demand, billing and usage, audits, and administrative maintenance of PDA s and Air Cards not limited to supporting employee new hires, separations and LOA procedures related to PDA and/or Air Card equipment.
Lead vendor project work such as data analysis and assist in project and process execution, owning the coordination of roles and responsibilities as directed.
To identify, document & report findings including deviations & non-conforming work.
Provides internal communication regarding vendor issues and applicable regulation changes.
Work with the departments audited to resolve compliance issues, billing and usage issues and provide recommendations; communicates on status of action resolution.
Report to management, the issues that requires attention and seek corrective actions.
Formally document findings.
Perform necessary follow-up which include communicating with auditee (s) on status of action and resolution.
Aids in the creation of gap analysis to any new/changed regulations.
To work on service desk tickets, primarily escalations, to assist users with mobile device related issues and queries.
To provide customer service in a timely manner through emails, telephone and assist users with the relevant queries.
To educate and guide users with the correct compliance procedures aligned for the Deloitte PDA program.
Interact routinely with external vendors wherever required and bring up issues to be addressed by vendors.
