Work you'll doAs a Consultant you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment providing many opportunities to have an active voice. You will advise clients on their Supply Chain and Order Management strategy and work with them to implement next generation solutions. Deloitte brings world-class supply network capabilities, operational know-how, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions experience to our clients; specializing in: Digital Supply Networks, Internet of Things, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Development, Dynamic Fulfillment, Synchronized Planning and Connected Customer.
Illustrative activities include:
Work directly with clients to understand their Order Management, Store, Call Center and related processes, capabilities, and systems
Lead and contribute to functional design sessions to capture detailed requirements and help design the solution for the client.
Lead OMS configuration and support installation of OMS, POS and Clienteling solutions for our clients
Lead and contribute to the creation and maintenance of configuration and training documents
Lead functional and technical discussions with the client including the integration of OMS to other systems like e-Commerce, ERP, WMS and other 3 rd party vendor tools
Troubleshoot system problems, discover root causes, and develop solutions
Provide solution support to technical, change management, training and testing teams
Review and contribute to specific technical and functional specification documents
Work with client and vendor teams to develop cutover and hypercare strategy
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of professional experience working in Order Management, Order to Cash, Point of Sale, Store Fulfillment, Clienteling, e-Commerce
2+ years of experience with OMS solutions and/or implementation experience in one of the following: Manhattan's Active Omni, IBM Sterling OMS, Blue Yonder OMS, SAP OTC, Fluent Commerce or Salesforce
Experience with 1-3 full Omni-channel implementations in any of the following areas: Order Management, Clienteling, Point of Sale, and Store Solutions (Inventory & Fulfillment)
2+ years of experience conducting the following activities: business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design process, system testing and solution delivery, UAT customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model
Experience using integration tools and data exchange formats like JSON, XML, etc.
Experience using analytics and metrics to assess order processing and customer experience to identify and quantify improved opportunities
A Bachelor's Degree
Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

Preferred
Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS Power Point)
Experience working with cross-functional / extended teams
Experience working as a Consultant in a consulting firm delivering supply chain services in a client environment
Experience delivering projects using Agile methodology
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
