Work you ll do
As an SAP HCM Employee Central Payroll Lead, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Drive resources to deliver outcomes and work products
Expected to have demonstrated leadership experience, self-accountable to the outputs of the team
Take responsibility for leading teams, delivering work and designing the work effort
Proactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions
Emerging business advisor, Project/Workstream Manager, Leader of others, sales support

Experience leading SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects.
Additional experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred.
Gather and analyze the clients Human Resources business requirements and objectives
Previous experience with configuration/design of SAP, SuccessFactors, and/or related systems based on HR best practices
Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors, SAP, and/or related products while adhering to product standards
Ensure the proper management and successful delivery of the project
4 years of configuration/design of SAP HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred
4 years of consulting experience required
Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
Up to 80% travel required
6 years of related experience
SuccessFactors or SAP HCM certification, at any level
SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
Bachelors degree strongly preferred
External consulting experience with a big consulting firm.
