Life Sciences Business Analyst/Program Management (PMaaS) Manager

Work You'll Do
As a Manager on our team, you will bring strong functional, business analysis and project management solutions to clients in Life Sciences R & D with a focus on achieving a high level of performance and quality through delivery of both agile and traditional projects to provide exceptional business value to users. Our projects are both large and complex. You will have the technical foundation and knowledge to work with a core group of technology professionals. You will be responsible for:
Requirements gathering; conducting interviews and leading/facilitating requirements sessions
Meeting facilitation: meeting invites, agenda, presenting/facilitating, meeting notes, action items, etc.
System analysis: process mapping for current and future business process flows, context diagrams, functional decomposition, use cases, high-level E/R modeling
Stakeholder interview/interviewing
PowerPoint and storyboarding
Excel modeling
Project management; project schedules and deadlines; RAID facilitation
GxP: understanding of GxP principles, documentation; implementation experience
SDLC: functional and technical requirements, requirements validation, test plans, and scripts
Agile Delivery: epics, user stories, backlog, backlog refinement
Workshops: preparation, agenda, facilitation, readout, action items, etc.
Process modeling
Required
Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degree
At least 6 years of experience in a Life Sciences firm working with R & D
6+ years gathering requirements and documenting processes as a business analyst
6+ years of relevant management consulting or industry experience
6+ years planning and managing project initiatives or similar team environment working on technology solutions
Ability to travel 10-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (post Covid)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
In addition, successful candidate will have the following preferred background:
Experience participating in the GxP testing of clinical applications, e.g., CTMS, Veeva, Risk based Monitoring solutions
Experience with industry standard System Development Life Cycle methodologies
Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
Excellent presentation skills - executive level
Excellent organizational skills - must be able to multi-task
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
