As a member of ITS People, Programs and Initiatives (PPI) team, you will be responsible for delivering and managing numerous initiatives which together, bring out the best in our ITS professionals. You will be focused on creating, delivering and/or supporting efforts that help your ITS leaders and colleagues thrive by creating an innovative and engaging culture that is simply irresistible.
The People, Programs and Initiatives Manager is responsible for executing our strategic vision with programs and initiatives that empower the professionals of ITS and that enable and encourage them to bring their authentic, collaborative and engaged self to work each day. A big part of your role will be the day to day management of our ITS Internship Program. You will be involved in all facets of the program, including: job descriptions, financial planning, performance reviews, learning curriculum, summer programming and expense management, website content and intern conversion. You will have fun. You will be challenged. You will get to work with tremendous college interns and fabulous experienced leaders as part of this effort.
Other key responsibilities:
You will continue to evolve and deliver our new Welcome to ITS sessions for new hires to ensure they are off to a great start within ITS, leveraging your excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Your creativity will be used in the communication and expansion of our people recognition programs.
Your time management and communication skills will be put to the test as you manage internal and external commitments for the PPI team, as well as creating presentation materials for upcoming events and leadership meetings.
You will get plenty of opportunities to define, organize and execute projects.
Your people skills will be front and center as you collaborate with leaders to drive successful completion of enterprise efforts.
You will need a great deal of attention to detail as you research, analyze and interpret data and metrics regarding workforce trends to identify best practices.
You ll recommend training and development programs in line with building high performing teams, career path development, and developing people-focused leadership.
You will gather and analyze feedback on program effectiveness and identifying gaps for improving individual/team performance, and/or creating new solutions.
You ll partner with our Talent organization to create and/or support programs that increase our ITS colleagues engagement and effectiveness.
Your strong communication skills come in handy as you share information and ideas to all levels within the organization and demonstrate your ability to consult and successfully influence others.
You will create compelling PowerPoint slides that convey complex information, tailored to your audience.
You will no doubt be eager to jump in and doing whatever it takes to support business needs, which sometimes means stepping outside of your day-to-day job responsibilities.
