Work you ll do

Manages the ITAM operations team which is focused on managing ITS assets throughout the asset lifecycle. Leads an ITS enterprise-wide ITAM program across ITS channels. Collaborates with ITAM leaders in other ITS channels to ensure that ITAM processes are consistent in each channel. Works closely with the IT Service Management leaders to maintain ITAM as part of the Service Management program. Scope of work includes program process and ITS operational documentation, audit readiness and compliance, Data Warehouse data management, inventory audits support of ITAM process improvement under IT Service Management transformation. Experience with Service Now Asset management and BDNA/Flexera Data Normalization tools are also required for this position. Solid understanding of dependencies of CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management.
