Work you ll do
As a Project Delivery Specialist II in the Cyber Risk group you will:
Apply best practices in functional areas related to Implementation and Operations Management
Maintain ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams while providing instructional guidance to more junior professionals
Provide expertise on engagements related but not limited toOperations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software and Application Development and Maintenance, Financial Operations, and Project and Acquisition Management
Perform analysis to diagnose client issues as well as the assessment of client issue analyses performed by more junior personnel
Execute a portion of the project scope, and provide strong subject matter expertise to the tasks or workstreams you support
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
Manage the Medicare system security program and ensure the ongoing maintenance of the security and privacy federal regulatory compliance requirements as documented within System Security Plan, Safeguard Security Report and Security Design Plan.
Provide guidance on implementation of necessary security and privacy safeguards.
Lead the identification of security threats and vulnerabilities.
Provide solutions by working with business and technology teams to consult on prevention and handling for security threats on Medicare System.

Typically has 6 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
Experience required in one or more of the following areas: Human and Health Services Security and Privacy Compliance, NIST 800-53, MARS-E 2.0, HIPAA, ISO 27001
Deep experience with audit recommendations and risks
Experience in information gathering and documentation of CMS System Security Plan, IRS Safeguards Security Report, SSA Security Design Plan, CMS Privacy Impact Assessment
Knowledge of basic security concepts (encryption using keys, SSL, HTTPS)
Understanding of service level agreements, incident management systems / ticketing tools and prioritization of incidents/enhancements
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Bachelor s Degree
