Workyou ll do
Senior Consultants perform detailedquantitative and qualitative analysis work associated with developingmeaningful insights to address health cares biggest challenges.Responsibilities typical of a Senior Consultant on one of these projects couldinclude:
Participatein setting engagement objectives and scope
Developwork plans for components of an engagement
Coordinateactivities between work streams
Provideguidance to junior practitioners as they manage large, confidential and complexdata sets
Facilitateclient interviews and client meetings
Developprocess flows depicting pain points in the business process
Provideproject management support across the end-to-end lifecycle of an engagement
Designdeliverable content to reflect analyses conducted and recommendations
Presentfindings and recommendations to client leadership
Anticipaterisks associated with timely and high quality delivery of project and escalatethe same to project management and leadership

Bachelor s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record
4 years [YA(-C2] of professional experience in a health care or consulting setting (or 2 years with MBA/MHA/equivalent master degree), including 2 years with health plan focus
4 years of experience with business andclinical operations experience and subject matter expertise on Value BasedCare, Population Health Management, Care Management, or Analytics; Clinical andHP Operations and/or Pharmacy/PBM.
Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasinglevels of responsibility
Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Willingness and ability to travel 80%
Must live within commuting distance to one of Deloitte s consulting offices
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Professional experience with operational process mapping
Professional experience with healthcare cost reduction planning and implementation
Professional experience with project management and program analysis
Excellent undergraduate academic record (GPA 3.5 )
Advanced degree in business or health care-related field (e.g., MHA, MBA)
Professional competence in Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and Access
Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal, team-building and communication skills
Ability to build consensus and foster change in a client business setting with executive level stakeholders
