Deloitte Services LP is currently searching for an Event Marketing Lead Specialist who will join our in-house marketing agency and support client-facing marketing events that differentiate our firm. This individual will be an Content Producer for our Dbriefs program primarily responsible for providing oversight, guidance, coordination, and technical best practices for virtual events that promote our industry practices and business areas.

Work you ll do

  • Project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects with varying due dates simultaneously, identify dependencies, and coordinate across other channels, in accordance with established milestones.

  • Own specific Dbriefs webcast series management and coordination both for quarterly planning and for individual events.

  • Leverage best practices and templates to create a consistent brand experience.

  • Acts as brand champion and ensures that events and collateral conform with visual identity guidelines, style, and compliance guidelines.

  • Proofread with an eye for details to ensure quality presentations.

  • Problem-solving, including during live sessions.

  • Schedule and facilitate all planning and prep calls for the event, including coordination with risk and brand reviews.

  • Manage rehearsals and consult on presentation best practices.

  • Work with varying levels of individuals from administration staff to our partners and leaders.

  • Engage with outside vendors on projects.

  • Manage workload independently, knowing when to escalate challenges appropriately.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with appropriate marketing teams to ensure cross-channel optimization, appropriate subject matter experts are engaged, and that program launches are maximized for the broadest reach and resulting success factors.

  • Maximizes use of event technology for optimal delivery.

  • Analyze attendance data to evaluate success of each event.
