Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership throughout the development life cycle and focus on delivery of quality solutions

  • Mentor members on technical decision making and enforcing engineering practices and standards

  • Lead technical discussions and build consensus among engineers

  • Support engineering and architecture efforts for number of high visibility programs

  • Develop execution plans for future implementation and develop recommendations for improving their organizational structure and processes

  • Participate in all architecture and design decisions, and conduct documentation review and approval processes

  • Identify, analyze, and assist in risk mitigation and management of change processes

The AMI practice delivers end-to-end technology solutions to enable and improve our clients' core business operations. AM&I is composed of three different areas- Service Delivery & Business Design, Application Modernization & Migration and Quality Engineering.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience

  • 8+ years in business system analysis, designing products and features and supporting all aspects of required technical documentation

  • 4+ years of experience analyzing and proposing target state architecture

  • Experience developing technical documentation to support solution architecture and designs, documenting all architecture and design decisions

  • Working experience with Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, Technology Roadmaps and Future Stat Design and Roadmap

  • Excellent writing skills and a strong ability to grasp technical concepts

  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust/MBI clearance.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York City, and Washington State, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Jersey City, Nevada, New York City, and Washington State and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,000 to $178,000.

For AIP-eligible roles include: You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
