Work You'll Do:
Utilize EDSC eDiscovery applications and internal systems.
Perform quality checks per documented processes.
Execute and support the setup, loading and usage of databases for project delivery teams, document review teams, counsel, or other related parties.
Identify and escalate issues as encountered.
Perform analysis of data when issues are encountered.
Validate data throughout processes and update documentation.
Assist the team in identifying areas of process improvement.
Prepare client data deliverables.
Work flexible schedules to meet project deadlines.
Interpret technical information from the documentation & ability to work independently.

Since 2008, Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory has operated an innovative high-tech facility in Hermitage, TN for e-discovery and computer forensics work. The Electronic Discovery Solutions Center (EDSC) is considered a leader in the industry and continues to increase capacity, quality, and efficiency of Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory's electronic file processing by utilizing state-of-the-art technologies in a dedicated environment. The EDSC is a 24x7, 365 days a year operation, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Discovery practice and help drive the success of the EDSC.
The hours for this role will start off as regular weekday hours (Monday - Friday) from 9:00 - 6:00 pm CST or 8:00 - 5:00 pm CST. Once role holder is sufficiently autonomous, there may be an expectation to move him/her to the weekend shift which is will be Friday through Monday from 8am - 7pm or 9am to 8pm.

Qualifications
Required:
1 or more years of working knowledge of basic PC functions and Windows environment (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.) & Microsoft Exchange Server (2000, 5.5, 2003)
Knowledge of General Database, Networking, and Systems concepts.
Basic experience with: SQL, SQL+
Ability to perform troubleshooting and learn customized proprietary software.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Experience with both traditional (Term and Boolean) search syntax as well as concept-based search tools and technologies is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future
Preferred:
Preferred experience with: Visual Basic/VBSCRIPT, SAS, MS-Access, C++, Java, ASP, DOS, Windows, UNIX, and Linux.
