Deloitte Registration Authority (RA) Lead in Monterey, California

Work you'll do

  • Process NIPR and SIPR Token and Certificate requests.

  • Verify the request paperwork was been properly completed and submitted.

  • Provide onsite training to new RA candidates.

  • Prepare the Monthly RA report for submission to the client.

  • Participate in audits and lead the development of RA audit reports.

  • Monitor ticketing system, support end users, and organize/maintain system reports for client.

The Systems Engineering offering is comprised of experienced professionals who help guide clients through their most complex technology challenges. Our Systems Engineering offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business, provide operational value, drive down the cost of quality, and enhance technology innovation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • An active Top Secret (TS) clearance is required to be considered for this role.

  • High School Diploma required.

  • At least three (3) years of experience supporting IT or leading a help desk in a DoD program office environment.

  • Experience leading small teams.

  • Experience in DoD asset management, tracking, and control.

  • CompTIA Security + certification is required.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience using ServiceNow ticketing system is highly desired.
