Work you'll do

The RA team processes user requests to create and distribute NIPR and SIPR token and certificates from specialized computers in a secure workspace. The team is comprised of the RA Lead, RAs, System Administrators, and Trusted Agents. These team members work together to hit our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for RA performance by completing token requests within three business days after receiving proper paperwork from the customer.

  • Primary Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Process NIPR and SIPR Token and Certificate requests

  • Verify the request paperwork was been properly completed and submitted

  • Provide onsite training to new RA candidates

  • Prepare the Monthly RA report for submission to the client

  • Participate in audits and lead the development of RA audit reports

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience with processing NIPR and SIPR Token and Certificate requests

  • CompTIA Security+ Certified

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active Top Secret security clearance required

Preferred:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Microsoft Excel (MS Excel)
