OurTechnology Services Optimization (TSO) team works with clients to transformtheir technology delivery by collaborating with CIOs, Technology Executives,and their teams. Together we work to establish IT operating models based on theimplications of next generation and advanced technologies, new and evolvingservice models for technology, and the operational expectations of anorganization.

Ourteam of experienced technologists understand the interwoven nature technologyplays in all aspects of today s business environment and focus on helping ourclients shift from foundational delivery of technology to being the strategicbusiness partner and catalyst for change. Our Agile/DevOps/Lean technologyexperts work to transform the workforce of our clients into the next generationof technology service delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • As a Deloitte Senior Manager you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions. Our Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:

  • Engagement Management: manage engagement risk and project economics including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management

  • Business Development: develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process, contribute to proposal pricing strategy

  • Practice Development & Eminence: develop solutions and methodologies, develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals

  • People Development: perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm s staffing process and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands on ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of technology implementations overall

  • Expert level understanding of ServiceNow applications and modules

  • Deep Information Technology experience required, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large scale systems

  • Proven business development track record and ability to meet or exceed quota expectations year over year

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadline

  • Proficient in all phases of the Application Development Lifecycle

  • Strong technical project management and / or leadership skills

  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent

  • Limited Immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Certified ITIL V3 practitioner

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

  • Eagerness to mentor junior staff

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred)
