A HR Technology & Transformation Summer Scholar helps clients optimize the value oftheir investments in HR technology throughthe selection, design, & implementation of HR solutions & digital applications. This Consultant also builds HR technology blueprints & roadmaps that setclients on a clear path to success
Our practitionerswill be able to maintain the specialization they have built to date in certainareas while also learning how it connects to broader issues in the market. Weare committed to continuously supporting our practitioners as they build skillsin either one specific part of our business or across the business ourPortfolio is structured to facilitate this learning. Our people will have theability to capitalize on some of the biggest trends happening today and supportorganizations working to leverage their greatest asset: their people. We willcontinue to help our people deliver world-class services, innovate on newsolutions and products, and prepare them to address our clients most difficultchallenges in the market.
Bachelor s degree in process (with expected graduation no later than August 2021) or completed in these or related areas of study

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)
Ability to participate full-time for a 10-week internship (June to August 2020)
Ability to travel 80-100%
