Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant in Minneapolis, MN and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You ll Do
Utilize critical and analytical thinking skills to assist in determining the requirements of clients projects and programs through defining, analyzing, and managing data sets to meet client needs and expectations. Synthesize overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Create unit test cases, assertions, and mock-ups to verify design and functionality of integration solutions. Drive innovative and transformative solutions that address their next generational needs. Provide guidance and direction to corporate clients on the product engagement of diverse consumers. Conduct the Business Process Review. Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors. Participate in full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors. Support project management by driving the work of junior team members to ensure project timelines are met. Participate in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle, including gathering requirements, supporting solution design and development, and perform implementation and post-implementation testing. Integrate SAP on-premise and SAP SuccessFactors modules. Implement SAP SF Workforce Analytics module.
Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, CIS, MIS or a related field.
Two years of experience as a Senior Consultant, Solution Specialist, Software Engineer or a related occupation.
Must have two years of experience with:
Configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors;
Participating in two full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors;
Supporting project management by driving the work of junior team members to ensure project timelines are met;
Participating in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle, including gathering requirements, supporting solution design and development, and performing implementation and post-implementation testing;
Integrating SAP on-premise and SAP SuccessFactors modules;
Implementing SAP SF Workforce Analytics module.
80% travel required.
