Job Description

As an Audit and Assurance Products and Solutions Product Owner, you will be responsible for assisting the product team by supporting the product strategy and direction, roadmap planning, requirements definition and product roll-out for Agile/dev-ops based audit solutions. These solutions are aligned to Deloitte's global vision of the Audit of the Future. You will also work with the existing Product Owners to support the overall objectives of the Audit & Assurance Products and Solutions team. You will gain exposure to other facets of the firm such as innovation, national office, and technology, providing many network growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contributing towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products

• Representing the "voice of the customer"; invest significant time with current and potential stakeholders to understand their needs

• Supporting the software development environment with emphasis on the Requirement Analysis, Planning and Testing phases

• Managing and mitigating risks and issues across Scrum team proactively

• Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, helping to prioritize, and managing requirements from multiple stakeholders

• Supporting the development of the product resources, such as guides, learning materials and demonstrations that support our solutions

• Organizing and participating in testing new releases of our solutions and summarizing the results with your insights

• Gathering feedback and input from users of the solutions and translating this input back into requirements

• Preparing presentations to communicate ideas, gain stakeholder approvals, and report project status

• Managing the activities, tasks, and deliverables of application releases throughout the Agile SAFe SDLC

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree

• 2-3 years of Technology consulting or other relevant industry experience Preferred Skills

• Self-starter with curiosity and desire to dig into, and understand details

• Ability to effectively and thoughtfully communicate to a wide range of stakeholders (verbal and written)

• Ability to proactively anticipate problems and identify opportunities, alternate approaches, and creative solutions

• Participate in / facilitate discussions to discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria

• Working knowledge or ability to learn Audit Methodology elements needed to understand and use as needed

• Ability to manage work on multiple projects, effective time management skills

• Experience working in an Agile environment
