Work you ll doAs an Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) functional senior consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience with this premier SaaS tool to help your clients solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by:Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your clientLead and manage teams or workstreams to contribute to the overall project successMaintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurateEnjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development The HRT teamAt Deloitte Consulting LLP, helping our clients exploit new technologies like employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning and analytics we empower HR to better support the business and create value. QualificationsRequired a minimum of 4 years of experience with the following areas:Hands on experience in at least two to three Full Life Cycle implementations of the Oracle HCM Cloud product, from planning to configuration through go-liveStrong functional knowledge of the systemExperience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are metExperience managing workstreams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalationSuperior communications skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and ExcelAbility to travel 80% (Monday through Thursday, weekly) Preferred:Oracle HCM Cloud CertificationBachelor s Degree strongly preferred How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
