Analytics Information Management, Infor Cloud Financials ManagerA Manager at Deloitte will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. Key responsibilities will include:Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies.Manage full life cycle implementations.Develop statements of work and/or client proposals.Identify business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of information architecture.Experience with program leadership, governance and change enablement.Develop and manage vendor relationships.Lead workshops for client education.Manage resources and budget on client projects.Assist and drive the team by providing oversight. QualificationsRequired:8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience2 years of experience leading and managing project teams5 ERP Project Implementations as a senior team member, team lead, or project managerExperience in the full life cycle implementation of at least 3 Infor ERP projects (v10 or later)Demonstrated experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user trainingExperience reporting to C-level client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on- and off-site, and off-shore functional and technical teamsProficiency in multiple business processes including but not limited:Procure-to-Pay (PTP)Order-to-Cash (OTC)General Ledger (GL)Fixed Asset Management (FA)BudgetingCash ManagementGrant ManagementExpense ManagementWillingness for weekly client-based travel, up to 80-100% (Monday Thursday/Friday)Bachelor s Degree or equivalent professional experience Preferred:Experience implementing full life cycle Infor Cloud Suite implementation; Infor Financials or Infor Supply Chain in a healthcare setting (hospital, health system, health plan, third party administrator and retail health corporation).Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience (ie: NetSuite, Fusion Intact, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Lawson, Workday)An advanced degree in the area of specializationDeep functional knowledge around financial systems and processesProven skills as a team member, team lead or project manager on at least one full life cycle implementationA proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlinesEagerness to mentor junior staffCommitted to gaining exposure to health care.Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to collaborate with clients How you ll growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
