Human Capital As-A-Service
The Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) Asset Group brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital's Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow. We will help clients navigate the future through our assets and service, including Research & Sensing, People Analytics, Workforce Assessments, and Future of Talent Optimization, among others.
We are looking for a manager to join our Analytics & Insights Solutions team and help us continue to set the standard for business applications used by Deloitte Human Capital clients and practitioners. This role will execute key PMO activities within an existing product line. This person will work in our service delivery team and be expected to work closely with asset management and global consulting stakeholders to guide the use of analytics solutions.
As part of HCaaS' "in the service of" philosophy, the Solution Manager role will be responsible for managing day-to-day client delivery needs and expectations. You will work across multiple geographies and industries to support the delivery of a global solution to our clients. The right candidate will develop relationships throughout HCaaS, and with each client project team. You will help generate client impact and market Deloitte services driving customer success.
Be a subject matter expert of assigned assets and participate in presales activities, conduct demos, effectively facilitate conversations, and answer questions
Participate in scoping discussions and develop pricing models for client engagements
Guide project teams with knowledge transfer, client interpretation, and analysis of data, as appropriate
Advise project teams to merge or integrate data and insights into their consulting engagements that aligns with client strategy and objectives
Act as project manager for a project portfolio and perform exceptional organizational skills tracking progress and milestones across multiple projects at one time
Manage day-to-day interactions with assigned project teams and communicate clearly and concisely across multiple stakeholders to meet on-time completion of projects
Facilitate a regular cadence of calls throughout each project and keep stakeholders informed of progress
Understand and manage scope of each project and act as first tier to resolve issues
Manage project delivery resources and review all deliverables prior to sending to project teams
Provide asset delivery support to our global member firms, as appropriate
Partner with Asset Strategist and Client Experience Lead to provide world-class delivery solutions, including asset development and growth, sales enablement, and financial reporting
Drive the improvement of processes, and build efficiencies and scalability across our delivery approaches
Understand risk areas for the asset with the expectation to raise them when necessary
The key skills required are as follows:
Bachelor's degree with focused course work in business administration, human resources, or data analytics
7+ years with Workday HCM in one or more of the following modules: Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence, Learning
Workday Certification highly preferred
3+ years of people management experience
Strong business acumen
Proven collaboration and teamwork skills
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience
Travel up to 10% annually
Must be willing to relocate to one of the following USDC locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA
Experience with global client delivery or project teams
Project management experience
