Work you'll do

As a Survey Researcher within our Workforce Transformation team you will advise on survey data weighting for the client. This role is a subject matter expert who will advise the client. This will be focused primarily on validating our weighting approach for the client, answer Deloitte practitioners' questions, answer client questions and defend our approach with the client if they have concerns.

  • Ph.D. from an accredited college or university

  • 10 years of relevant experience

  • Survey sampling, weighting and imputation

  • Technical leadership experience

  • Advanced Statistical Analysis and Modeling

  • Survey Analysis

  • Survey Development and Administration

  • Analytics - Statistical sampling

  • Model Enhancement-Imputation

  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

  • Some travel may be required (While travel may be required for the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)


  • Prior professional services or government consulting experience

  • Advanced degree in a related discipline
