ServiceNow Developer Human Capital Consulting

Work you ll do:

As a ServiceNow Developer for our HR Transformation, Digital HR/ HR Tech team, you should have a fundamental understanding of ServiceNow functionality, architecture, configuration and integration technologies. You will be will be responsible for creating & delivering ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Java, Ajax and Jelly scripting languages along with standard out of the box configuration techniques.

Responsibilities:

Comprehend business requirements and provide development solutions to meet these requirements with technologies such as Glide scripting, Jelly script, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow API s

Perform configuration level tasks to meet business requirements (field setups, page layouts, role/profile changes, etc).

Follow Software development life cycle methodology to include development based on business requirements, unit/UAT testing, and change documentation to meet change control requirements

Working with Business Analyst or business SME s regarding requirements, complete end to end implementation, and provide post deployment support

Directly engage with the end user on requirements and offer direction as needed

Building your reputation within the firm and in the market for the strong ServiceNow product knowledge you possess

Forging strong relationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute to your growth and development

Basic Qualifications:

3 years of developing and customizations experience in ServiceNow implantations

5 years of total IT experience

ServiceNow certification is preferred

Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations and customizations

Up to 80% travel required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years of related experience

Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices

Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application

Big 4 consulting experience

Bachelor s degree strongly preferred.
