Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Human Capital, HR Transformation in Miami, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Transforming the way in which HR enables the business and workforce strategy, including HR strategy development, HR process re-engineering, HR operating model redesign, and services for HR and Payroll-related technology solutions. Synthesizing overall operations strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Participating in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Driving innovative and transformative solutions for global Fortune 500 companies that address their next generational needs. Conducting detailed analyses in focused specialty areas to draw conclusions, and developing pertinent and insightful recommendations based on structured frameworks. Utilizing critical and analytical thinking skills to assist in determining the requirements of clients projects and programs through defining, analyzing, and managing data sets to meet client needs and expectations. Guiding conversations with client workstreams to help determine the exact needs and expectations of the project and then confirm these with client leadership. Providing guidance and direction to corporate clients on the product engagement of diverse consumers providing analytical insight into the needs of consumers with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Examining client products and how they historically and currently interact with users from different demographics, as well as the risk potential for negative user experience based on identity factors. Identifying and recording key deadlines for the workstream in the client engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties, and construct a work plan around them that will quickly and effectively achieve client goals whilst also allowing for reasonable work time and unexpected delays or pivots. Creating clear, effective, and detailed deliverable content, including written, visual, and oral deliverables, which are informed by research, analytics, and client meetings. Presenting content that addresses client needs in solutioning sessions to drive toward a decision, and validating that decision with client leadership to drive the company s growth and progress. Participating in all phases of Waterfall and Agile methods of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for the design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle Human Capital solutions for enterprise-level clients. Engaging client HR leadership by providing on-time, accurate project status reporting using Microsoft Powerpoint, Dashboards, Agile Manager, Project Management Center, and DCut. Designing sustainability models for client tactical and long-term strategic Human Resource Information System (HRIS) roadmaps using NextGen Process Maps and Journey Maps. Providing innovative solutions to clients to optimize HR Service Delivery models to reduce costs and increase efficiency using Oracle modules, including Core HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance. Enabling cross functional and offering integration by creating proof of concepts, conducting impact analyses of customized reports and interfaces and developing lean specs to help clients derive the best value from Oracle HCM offerings. Conducting fit-gap analysis and creating gap documents to identify opportunities to enhance the overall capability and user experience of Oracle HCM offerings. Deploying and utilizing HP Quality Center, Agile Manager, HP Application Lifecycle Management, ThinkTank, Cloud Explorer, and SWIFT tools to develop quantitative test strategies, plans, scenarios, scripts and cases for component interface, functional and integration testing, defect management and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS, or a related field.

  • Two years of experience in the offered position or a position in a related occupation.

  • Must have two years of experience with:

  • Participating in all phases of Waterfall and Agile methods of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for the design, development, testing and implementation of Oracle Human Capital solutions for enterprise-level clients;

  • Engaging client HR leadership by providing on-time, accurate project status reporting using Dashboards, Agile Manager, Project Management Center, and DCut;

  • Designing sustainability models for client tactical and long-term strategic Human Resource Information System (HRIS) roadmaps using NextGen Process Maps and Journey Maps;

  • Providing innovative solutions to clients to optimize HR Service Delivery models to reduce costs and increase efficiency using Oracle modules, including Core HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance;
