Manager, Talent Business Analyst, GPS Compensation
Business Analysts provide support to the Lead Business Advisor in the delivery of strategic services to the Business. They will also support the Talent organization during peak times to deliver key services.
Work you ll do
Manager, Business Analysts work closely with Lead Business Advisors to provide Talent consultative solutions tailored to support the execution of Compensation priorities for GPS Consulting and Risk and Financial Advisory.
Assists the Lead Business Advisor to translate business strategies into actionable Talent strategies
Manages the analysis and manipulation of data to help provide creative solutions on business issues
Leverages strong analytical skills to break down internal and external factors influencing the business
Applies the key concepts of logical structuring to create presentations and other business communications that resonate with and influence the business
Partners with the Compensation COE team members to develop GPS-specific compensation solutions
Partners with Compensation COE and LTBA in designing, developing, testing, socializing, and implementing incentive and other variable pay programs aligned to the competitive market, and assists in the development of performance-based KPIs that link to incentive programs
Collaborates with the Compensation COE for job benchmarking, compensation survey assessment and analysis, and competitive market intelligence and drives insights to help inform strategic positioning of GPS compensation in the market
Partners with GPS Talent and GPS Business Leaders to support the development and management of overall annual compensation budgets as well as specific allocations working closely with GPS Talent and GPS Business Leaders and Total Rewards to facilitate the annual compensation process
Analyzes and reports outcomes, comparisons to market trends, and future recommendations both formally and informally to GPS Talent and GPS Business Leaders
Owns the following GPS compensation-related programs:
Cleared Resource Bonus ProgramOff-cycle payment management and processingCompensation tracking and reporting
The Business Advisor organization champions a One Talent Team through collaboration with the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Core Talent Services (CTS) to deliver integrated Talent services to support Business strategies and priorities.
