Key Role Description:

ThisroleispartoftheReporting&Analysis(R&A )CenterofExcellent(CoE).TheR&ACoEsupportstheUSfirmwithallaspectsofmanagementreportingandanalysis.The R&ACoEismadeupofanalytical,financial,andreportingexpertsthatalignreportingwiththestrategicprioritiesofourbusinesses,enablingareasandbusinessleaders.Theteamis responsible for designing and driving the future of management reporting for all levels of firm leadership. With a focus on innovation, we continuously seek ways to enhance and optimizeexistingdeliverablesandcreatenewreportingsolutions.Wearealsouniquelypositionedtoidentifyandimplementleadingpracticesacrossthefirm.

ThismanagementrolesitsonourInnovationteamdrivesend-to-endsolutionsandanalysisthatprovideourclientswiththeconsumableinformationandinsighttheyneedtodrive better business decisions and addresschallenges.

Focus of role includes:

Service Delivery and Project Management

  • Promoteanddrivedemandforourservicesbyprovidingtheinformationandanalysisthatsupportthebusinessrequirementsforinformationandinsight

  • Support/LeadinitiativesandeffortstoincreaseboththeFinanceandbusinessleadersunderstandingofbusinessperformanceandopportunities

  • Monitor reporting leading practices and technology for solution insights, direction andmethods

  • Usebusiness,financialreporting,andanalyticalexpertisetomanagecomplexspecialprojectsandrecurringdeliverablesforleadership

  • Translateclientinformationanddatarequirementsintoleadingpracticereportdesignandvisualization,overseeingallaspectsoftheprojectdevelopmentlifecyclefrom kick-off and requirements gathering, client review and acceptance, topost-deployment

  • ContinuouslyinnovatebyidentifyingopportunitiestoimproveourCoEprocesses,tools,templates,andsystems

Relationship Management

  • Developtrust-basedrelationshipswithourfinancebusinesspartnerstopositivelyinfluencethedirectionofthefirm

  • Demonstrated ownership of relationships andprojects

  • Abilitytoestablishyourselfasanexpertthatotherscalluponforadvice,guidance,counsel,andinsight

  • Strongcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytocraftandtailorthemessagetotheaudience

  • EngageR&ADevelopment,OperationsandotherCoEteams,asneeded,todevelopanddeliverinnovativesolutions
