Work You'll Do
This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the end-to-end solution delivery process including resource allocation, serving as the primary interface with the client, and directing a cross-functional team to achieve established goals.
This role will manage solution delivery through a variety of activities including process design, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment, establishing performance metrics and new policies, testing, and knowledge management.
The role requires deep analytical, technical, and complex problem-solving skills with knowledge of optimization methods, financial computations, statistical analysis, and advanced mathematical modeling techniques. It also requires exposure to data science, and associated software and programming technologies. Additionally, this role requires exposure to advanced planning systems and tools (Kinaxis, etc.)
The successful candidate will be a skilled leader with a proven track record of driving results, exceeding client expectations, building trust across the organization, applying critical thinking and business management skills, and managing diverse groups of people and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities
Requirement gathering for Supply Chain Planning including planning business processes, identifying potential areas of improvement and new development, automation of processes, reducing of cycle times and productivity improvement.
Provides architecture guidance on individual system designs; Architect designs and solutions to support the realization of supply chain planning functionalities on Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Design and develop technical specifications with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP Planning applications - working on different modules including Supply Planning, Forecasting and Demand Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning
Develop and maintain System Architecture models (e.g. System Interaction diagrams) and reference implementations within systems of record (e.g. Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture tools)
Partner with Scrum Master, Product Owner and the team in defining Technical User Stories
Partners with Product Owner to identify and prioritize enabler work
Support Product roles in engaging Kinaxis vendor consultants for system implementation guidance, roadmaps, and features.
Configure the supply chain planning systems to support business requirements and design different seeded resources including worksheets/workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, application of different control sets, etc.
Support data integration with multiple sources and target systems.
Work with Kinaxis product vendor to optimize performance and automate processes for sustained value delivery.
Update solution documentation, workflows, and system configurations to ensure comprehensive understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Support Integration Lead, Data and System Architects in the definition of technical data integration requirements and associated Features/User stories.
Required Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields with a concentration in operations or analytics
5+ years of experience in supply chain module implementation using Kinaxis RapidResponse
3+ full life cycle implementations of supply chain planning projects end to end
Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred Qualifications / Experience
5+ years leading a team
Certified as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or has completed all requirements for Kinaxis Solution Architect certification
1+ year experience in Agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise solutions
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $137,700 to $229,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
