Work you'll do/ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Developer Consultant for our HR Transformation team, you will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform to optimize HR operations and drive business results. In this role you will be responsible for:
Support Implementation and O&M practices while taking ownership of technical tasks
Diagnose and resolve defects identified across multiple aspects of the system (user interface, data, performance, etc.)
Collaborate with fellow functional teams, developers and testers in an agile development environment
Work with Government Product Owner to provide technical insight on business requirements and functional design

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Travel up to 10% annually.
Must live near, or relocate to, Lake Mary, FL, or Mechanicsburg, PA
A current government security clearance, or the ability to hold a clearance is required
ServiceNow HRSD development experience
Professional oral and written communication skills
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgement
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
Experience with Angular, REST API, and enterprise software (e.g. ERP)
General System Admin experience in ServiceNow
Security/access configuration in ServiceNow
Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow HR module
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
