Workforce Management Leader - Kronos

Work you ll do

As a Workforce Management Manager you will work as part of an implementationteam to gather business requirements, design, configure and test software, andprovide technical support for all aspects of the suite of WFM products includingKronos Workforce Central, Dimensions and webTA/GovTA or other WFM softwareproducts. You will also establish a trusted advisor relationship with clientsand help them transform their business with enabling WFM solutions. You shouldexpect to be involved in the following:

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Plan for and lead WFMassessments, deployments and ongoing back office WFM support engagements

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Work with Deloitteand client leaders to validate project planning and manage project budgets andquality

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Work with vendortechnical teams where necessary to deliver high quality services and product toour clients

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Use your hands-onknowledge of WFM to enable our clients WFM function to operate ahead of thecurve and provide an empowering and efficient employee and manager experience

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Manage andparticipate in the configuration of-[if !supportAnnotations]-> [LD1] -[endif]-> WFM product payrules, profiles, widgets, clocks, scheduling templates, system settings, andorganizational structure

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Recommend how thetechnology can be used to modernize the business function

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Identify gaps insystem controls, time capture, processes and integration for efficiency, easeof use, data quality and total labor spend

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Function asintegrators between business needs and technology solutions, including relatedHR and payroll systems, helping to create technology solutions to meet client sbusiness needs

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Lead and manage teamsor workstreams on projects through discovery, design, build, test, anddeployment activities

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Forge strongrelationships with both the clients and project teams that will contribute toyour growth and development

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Put forth a businesscase for change both large and small via storyboarding, visuals, data andsystem design recommendations

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Participate in vendorselection projects including development of RFPs, oversight of vendor demo sand product scoring by the team

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Help clientsstandardize policies, processes and data, rationalize what system processesshould reside in, and plan out the timing of project and system supportactivities

Qualifications

Required

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->6 to8 years of experience with Kronos suite of time and attendance software andsystem configuration including:

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Kronos Workforce Central version 8.0x orhigher. Kronos Workforce Dimensions v7.0x or higher

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Kronos Workforce Timekeeper

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Kronos Workforce Scheduler and AdvancedScheduler

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Kronos Workforce Absence Management andAccruals

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Kronos Workforce Device Manager (WDM) andWorkforce Integration Manager (WIM)

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Abilityto do the following:

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Lead requirements gathering workshops

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Develop current and future state processflows

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Map business requirements to a WFM solutionvia a design document

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Configure the WFM application according tothe functional specifications design document

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Troubleshoot configuration issues

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Develop test scripts

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Provide guidance to clients on leadingpractices and make recommendations to optimize their WFM (e.g. Kronos, Inforand other) solution

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Be an effective intermediary between thetechnical, functional, and business teams

-[if !supportLists]->o -[endif]->Become the client s trusted advisor

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Familiaritywith FLSA and state wage and hours regulations, collective bargainingagreements, and common employer pay and benefit policies

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Experiencecoordinating with training developers on content

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->SQLand/or other query tools

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Experiencewith Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Abilityto interact at all levels of the client organization

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Experiencewith and desire to mentor junior staff

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Travelup to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due toCOVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

-[if !supportLists]-> -[endif]->Mustlive near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL, Mechanicsburg, PA or Gilbert, AZarea.
