Work you ll do/Responsibilities
Assist clients in addressing their most complex business challenges by maximizing performance of the Human Resource (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes
Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results
Drive HR technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, user acceptance testing, etc.
Opportunity to optimize cloud technology for our clients through assessments, process improvements, optimization of technology, opportunity to do single-module implementation

The US Delivery Center supports a collaborativeteam culture where we work and live close to home with limited travel.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
Minimum Years of Experience 4 years in an Workday HCM environment.
Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
Experience in leading a particular work stream, reviewing, and assisting.
Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success with leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing Oracle applications-based solutions.
Participating in the improvement of business processes, including but not limited to, the following Oracle application-packaged modules Fusion, EBS, or PeopleSoft.
Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions.
Ability to travel up to 20% annually
Workday HCM Certified
Experience in Payroll, Onboarding, or Benefits preferred. Other relevant modules will be considered
A resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
