Deloitte Operations Lead - Converge, Deloitte Consulting, LLP in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania

We are looking for talented individuals with innovative mindset, core consulting skillset, and ability to coordinate across stakeholders to join our growing team and work as part of the Converge team.

This individual will have critical role operating a growing Hybrid Business and work closely with the leadership team to stand-up and drive the new Industry Hybrid Market Offerings and a new operating model. They will manage the portfolio strategy and deliver and track against the business case. This individual supports financial operations, strategy management, pursuit management, talent, marketing, eminence, and communications.

Key Responsibilities include:

Strategy & Planning

  • Monitor and manage portfolio strategy priorities across Industries and the Op Model

  • Work across the IPTs and other solution/asset teams to ensure architectural, contractual and marketing messages are coordinated and consistent at a Converge portfolio level

  • Drive and enable execution of strategic priorities for the Hybrid Market Offering

  • Coordinate the development and execution of various internal initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall Consulting Offering Portfolios, Industry and Converge strategy

  • Coordinate overall portfolio level views of investments and product ideation processes

Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Establish business case governance and measure business case against KPIs

  • Refine & validate financial forecasts with Converge leadership

  • Support the financial controllers on various financial reporting activities

  • Provide financial reporting variance interpretation and analysis to Converge leadership

  • Participate and help to drive fiscal year Converge sales & revenue planning

Talent

  • Work with Converge leadership to execute on talent programs and initiatives such as: onboarding, recruiting, training requirements, culture, community, and other talent programs

  • Maintain and support recruiting and talent management process within Converge

Communications

  • Support internal communications strategy, working conjunction with Marketing & Communications team and Converge leadership

  • Develop practice communications and community building initiatives across the Converge portfolio and across the Industries and Offering Portfolios for execution of core communications

  • Lead the preparation of meeting agendas and materials for various leadership and practice meetings

Eminence and Knowledge Management

  • Support and enable key eminence initiatives

  • Oversee knowledge management for practice such as: maintenance of practice site, proposal materials, quals capture, etc.

Qualifications

  • Client service and asset experience at a manager level preferred

  • Exceptional storyboarding and PowerPoint skills

  • Unyielding focus on quality results (analyses and deliverables)

  • Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the firm, including leadership

  • Team player with a "customer focused" mentality

  • Successful operating in an unstructured environment

  • Ability to coordinate across many constituents

  • Understanding of the firm initiatives and systems

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Ability to dive into detail when needed

  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

  • Location: US
