Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As a Solution Analyst in our Workforce Transformation practice, you will focus on optimizing our clients' learning experience by increasing learner centricity, operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and learning alignment with business strategy. In this role you will:
Use instructional design principles and adult learning theory to influence and assist with the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of engaging and effective learning solutions
Use a variety of learning design or digital authoring tools to develop instructor-led, web-based, and blended learning solutions including videos, job aids, instructor materials, and more
Liaise with internal and client stakeholders to understand needs analyses and key learning objectives
Understand, translate, and communicate complex topics to adult learners to maximize retention and ensure practical application of subject matter
From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to design, develop and build solutions to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of entire industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects and integrators, to creative digital experts, to Cyber Risk and Human Capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advanced preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand-building and campaign management. Bachelor's degree completed by August 2022 in these or related areas of study
Communications, Marketing, English, Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Theory, Cognitive Science, Learning Design
Internship or prior experience with adult learning theories including ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, SAM, Kirkpatrick's Levels of Training Evaluations
Internship or prior experience with implementing adult learning principles to influence curriculum development
Internship or prior experience using learning design or authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, to develop visually engaging and interactive learning solutions
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
Willingness to travel up to 10% percent of the time; travel varies based on project assignment requirements. While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
