Work you'll do

As a Solution Analyst, for our HR Transformation ServiceNow team, you will use your knowledge and technical web / application development capabilities on the ServiceNow platform to optimize HR operations and drive business results.

This role may include:

  • Design user interactions on websites, developing servers, and databases for website functionality, and coding for mobile platforms via full stack development

  • Build cross-enterprise digital and intelligent workflows via custom web and mobile applications

  • Automate repetitive tasks by using the power of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and analytics to surface baseline information and make predictions

  • Support Implementation and leading practices while taking ownership of technical tasks including development and integrations

  • Diagnose and resolve defects identified across multiple aspects of the system (user interface, data, configuration, code performance, etc.)

  • Collaborate with fellow functional teams, developers, and testers in an agile development environment

  • Participate in design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow instances by creating technical specification documents, system configurations, development, and unit testing of the solutions

    Qualifications

    Required

  • Bachelor's degree completed by August 2022 in these or related areas of study

  • Technology and Science: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems

  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% percent of the time; travel varies based on project assignment requirements. While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

  • Full Stack development knowledge (front end and back end coding)

  • Experience with web / application development in any of the following areas: HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML, React / Angular, Python

  • Revision Control knowledge using Git

  • Object Oriented Programming (OOP)

  • SQL database knowledge

  • Data mapping and conversion knowledge

  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge

  • Agile methodology and Scrum Framework

  • ServiceNow platform & module awareness

  • HR domain knowledge
