Work you'll do
Experience in drone or future of VTOL system design and integration. Ideal candidate will have experience in the DOD as a former officer,
or working on programs overseen by officers across the DOD.
Experience in autonomous vehicle programs including requirements gathering, system development, and system integration is desired.
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
Conduct relevant research, data analysis
Assist in proposal development, as requested
Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
Supporting projects standing up and deploying UAS operations for client
Development of safety policies, capabilities and concept of operations
Obtaining waivers and approvals
Support client initiatives in a fast-paced, team environment
Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects

Qualifications
Required:
2 years of relevant UAS or industry experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
Travel up to 10-30%, based on client and project needs.
