Deloitte Technology Research Analyst with TS/SCI Poly in McLean, Virginia

Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000+ professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.

The GPS Strategy offering leads strategic planning & portfolio management and reporting & monitoring workstreams. This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.

The work you'll do:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that capitalize on trends and opportunities in the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide research on current and upcoming technology use for our client

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to optimize technology use

  • Additional tasks include client requirements, researching new technologies, and project coordination

QualificationsRequired:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 2+ years of Strategy, Research, or Government Consulting experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

  • Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role

  • Ability to work 100% onsite at client location

Preferred:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders
