Work You ll Do

We help clients re-imagine the relationship between technology and business by architecting future business and technology strategies, models, platforms, eco-systems and capabilities that enable business transformation. Examples of specific capabilities include:

Advanced Technology Disruption: Disrupting business strategies and unlocking value with advanced technologies including cloud

Insights-driven Technology Strategy: Leveraging deep analytics to provide world-class technology strategy and lead end-to-end technology enabled business transformation / journey

IT Operating Model Strategy: Architecting the technology operating model to enable business outcomes, shareholder value and core technology capabilities

Outsourcing Advisory Solutions: Providing full lifecycle advisory for IT Outsourcing, IT Shared Services and delivery models associated with complex advanced technology integration

Technology and Business Value Capture: Leveraging frameworks and tools to drive value and realize ROI on technology investments and transformational programs

Our practitioners are expected to own and deliver their respective deliverables while managing different clients and other stakeholders.

Senior Consultants will synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. You will participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope. Senior Consultants will also design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.

Business strategy: Overall business strategy to drive flexible consumption-based business models for the organization

Business model: Clear definition and alignment on what is sold, to whom, and how

Business capabilities: Enabling processes and policies to support the target business model

Operating model: Based on new set of business capabilities defining the right structure for organizing them to optimally deliver a company s offerings to the marketplace

Technology platform: Strategic automation of processes for efficiency via a technology platformapplications, infrastructure, data, integration, and security

Qualifications Required:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years consulting/and or relevant industry experience, or an MBA/Masters with 3 years relevant work experience.

Experience with IT strategy assessment, business case development, quote-to-cash assessment, roadmap creation, subscription billing, vendor selection, and operating model design

Must have participated in one or more projects involving:

Working for a XaaS or Cloud business, or in delivery of consulting services to XaaS clients (SaaS, subscription, IaaS, PaaS etc.)

Full life cycle implementations of a modern XaaS enabling platforms to support flexible consumption business models, operational and analytical business needs e.g. subscription billing platforms such as Zuora, Aria Systems, Hybris Billing, Oracle Billing & Revenue Management, goTransverse etc.

Experience in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns, and practices that specifically enable the XaaS business

XaaS architecture and solution design experience, preparing and facilitating technology/ architecture brainstorming sessions

Knowledge of Major Enterprise Architecture Frameworks. Framework Examples include TOGAF, FEA(F), and DoDAF

Ability to challenge the norm when identifying process improvement opportunities

A willingness to travel 80 - 100% of the time (Monday Thursday/Friday)

Industry Knowledge Expectations:

Working knowledge of Flexible Consumption business market trends, challenges, technology adoption levels and solution landscape in a specific industry

Awareness of XaaS business models, business risks and markets served to synthesize how XaaS businesses in the sector succeed

Insights into XaaS ecosystem and how to enable XaaS business in order to sell, deliver, provision, bill and support in a specific industry sector: Software, utilities, telecom, etc.

One life cycle project execution experience in recommending and/or implementing XaaS strategy and IT solutions for achieving business outcomes

Ability to articulate key IT investment areas for creating competitive advantage for firms in XaaS business

Preferred:

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels

Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate

Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Eagerness to mentor junior staff

An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred)
