Are you a sales professional that has an entrepreneurial spirit, AI/ML technical background, relevant Federal Government marketplace experience, and demonstrated sales expertise and success selling Big Data analytic solutions? If so, Deloitte Services LLP is looking for a top-performing technology Sales Executive to focus on selling Data & Analytics Modernization, Cognitive Insights, Robotics & Intelligent Automation solutions as well as our Strategy Offering within the Federal Government practice.

The Team

The Sales Center of Excellence (COE) supports Deloitte s businesses in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. Working hand-in-hand with Partners, Principals and Managing Directors, these sales executives focus their highly skilled efforts in securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.

What You'll Do:

The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for identifying, developing, managing and closing deals based on a qualified pipeline of opportunities involving our Analytics & Cognitive Offerings and Products . Key responsibilities of the job are to

  • Drive demand for Analytics & Cognitive Offerings and Products (e.g. ConvergeHEALTH, SEMOSS, MissionGraph, Opioid360) and related services across our Federal Government functions by engaging clients, account team leaders and service line practitioners

  • Manage the sales process from initial identification through closure and own the sale. This includes:

  • Prospect, target, and build 3 X pipeline with prospective clients

  • Develop/have credibility and relationships with government clients through fluency in the AI/ML technology and Big Data as it relates to a range of business issues

  • Devise and execute sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding sales goals and assist Deloitte in further penetrating the market. Work with Offering Portfolio leaders in coordination with account leaders, alliance team members and ecosystem partners to develop these strategies

  • Advise and educate account team leaders on Deloitte s value proposition for the Analytics & Cognitive Offerings and Products and develop pursuit strategies, win themes, and solution architectures that meet the specific needs of the account/client

  • Engage with industry and sector leaders to develop Analytics & Cognitive Offerings and Products market strategies and solutions that will position Deloitte as #1 in the category

  • Connect Offering Portfolio SMEs to pursuits and engage them in architecting the solutions

  • Work with the Pursuit and Sales Effectiveness teams to create and execute account and domain specific, e.g. clinical/studies, RWE, safety/surveillance, etc. sales campaigns

  • Assist in facilitating AI/ML experience labs
