Deloitte Research and Design Analyst - Project Delivery in McLean, Virginia

We serve our clients through the following types of work:

  • Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design, and development (web, mobile, social, physical)

  • eCommerce strategy, implementation, and operations

  • Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and execution

  • Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results

    How You'll Contribute:

You are the voice of the people. In all of your interactions - with clients, project managers, designers, engineers, and more - you'll advocate for what users want, need, and expect from the products we create. You're innovative, quick-thinking, and eager to learn more about what's happening in the interactive space. Your UX design skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for making the complex clear.

  • Employ passion around customer strategy, digital design, marketing, communications, and platform development

  • Advise and support Government and Public Services (GPS) clients through critical and complex issues

  • Help clients drive alignment with their business objectives, improve organizational strength, and establish a culture focused on adding value

  • Develop personally and professionally

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products and prioritize workload

  • Assist in proposal development, as requested

  • Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), presentation creation tools (MS PowerPoint), internet research tools

  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with client

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 1+ years of design or research experience (educational and/or personal experience may be considered)

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills

  • Experience with modern design tools like Sketch, Axure, Principle, Framer, and InVision

  • Limited Sponsorship may be available

  • Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
